eSafe Secondary Policies

Payment Confirmation

For Services:
  • Once the payment is made via the payment portal, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
  • The time duration for the payment confirmation to reach the customer may delay due to processing time, , or low network connection.

Refund Policy:

  • There is no refund policy in all types of eSafe transactions.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customer can cancel their membership within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
