eSafe Secondary Policies
Once the payment is made via the payment portal, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
The time duration for the payment confirmation to reach the customer may delay due to processing time, , or low network connection.
There is no refund policy in all types of eSafe transactions.
Customer can cancel their membership within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
