Refund / Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Our Policy for the refund will be as follows: You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. But the payments made by members by way of registration / membership / renewal fee / auto renewal is /are treated as non-refundable. For complaints related to payment, please contact us via the email given below.
If paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be issued to the original card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
The customer will receive the confirmation of their payments via email within 10 days.
